Henry started in his family's landscaping business when he was 15 years old. He eventually joined a prestigious national landscape business, where he was responsible for landscaping the Days Inn hotels across the country. Henry first came to Phoenix in 1991, and today heads up 160 field employees and performs daily and monthly project scheduling tasks.
