Carl Mistretta
Vice President of Business Development

In the role of business development, Carl meets with Board Members,
Landscape Committees and Property Managers to explain our programs and
services. Once the exact service specifications are determined, Carl
will work with our estimating staff to prepare a bid proposal and form
of agreement for each new community or project. Before joining Phoenix
Landscape in late 2005, Carl worked for Jack Nicklaus' and Greg Norman's
golf course design companies in a business development position. He
earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State
University in 1990.
