Allan founded the company in 1978. A graduate from the University of Florida in Agriculture, he brought a scientific background in Soil Chemistry, Plant Pathology and Entomology to the local landscape and lawn business. Under his stewardship, Allan quickly expanded services to include a Lawn and Ornamental Spray division, and began to focus on winning large contracts with major developers. He also developed a Lake Restoration Division and obtained an Irrigation Contractors License in Palm Beach County to further expand the company's business activities.
