| 1978
|
| Allan Weidefeller founded the company. With a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of Florida, Allan's scientific background in Soil Chemistry, Plant Pathology and Entomology earned Phoenix Landscape a reputation as a landscape and lawn service of the highest quality.

| 1979
|
| The Lawn and Ornamental Spray Division was added after passing a state exam administered by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services with recertification required yearly.

| 1991
|
In May, a restricted Aquatic Pesticide Applicator's License along with a Right-of-Way License was obtained to start a sub-division called Phoenix Lake Restorations.
In June, an Irrigation Contractors License
was obtained for Palm Beach County, enabling Phoenix Landscape to
perform installations and technical servicing. |

| Introduces a carefully administered fertilizer program for each of its contracted clients along with tree trimming and removal services.

| Hired a full time Director of Landscape Design and
